Points with Cobb x MaxRewards Giveaway
Official Rules
DISCLOSURE: Points with Cobb is a paid MaxRewards ambassador. MaxRewards is providing the MaxRewards subscription prizes. The Southwest gift cards are provided and paid for by Points with Cobb. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok, Instagram, Meta, or Southwest Airlines.

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of MaxRewards, their immediate family members, and members of the Administrator’s household are not eligible.
Entry Period: Begins Monday, October 5, 2026, when the giveaway video is posted, and ends Sunday, October 11, 2026, at 11:59 PM Central Time.
How to Enter: This giveaway runs separately on TikTok and Instagram (@pointswithcobb on both). On either platform: (a) follow @pointswithcobb, and (b) comment on the giveaway post with the trip you’re saving points for. Comments that are only emojis, only tags of other accounts, or that don’t answer the question will not count. Limit one entry per person per platform; extra comments do not add entries. You may enter on both platforms, but no person may win more than one prize.
Winner Selection: On Monday, October 12, 2026, the Administrator will randomly select one winner from eligible TikTok entries and one winner from eligible Instagram entries using a random comment selection tool. The drawing will be screen-recorded and shared publicly. If a selected entrant is ineligible, including not following @pointswithcobb at the time of the drawing, a new entry will be drawn. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received on each platform.
Winner Notification: Winners will be notified only by a reply to their comment and a direct message from @pointswithcobb. Winners must email pointswithcobb@gmail.com within 72 hours of notification to confirm eligibility. If a winner does not respond in time or is ineligible, an alternate winner will be selected. Points with Cobb will never ask for payment, card numbers, or passwords.
Prizes: Two prizes will be awarded, one per platform. Each prize includes: (a) MaxRewards Platinum for 1 year (approximate retail value: $240), provided by MaxRewards; and (b) one $25 Southwest Airlines eGift card, provided by Points with Cobb. Approximate retail value of each prize: $265. Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $530.
Prize Conditions: To receive the MaxRewards prize, the winner must create a MaxRewards account and provide that account’s email address to MaxRewards. The MaxRewards prize is subject to MaxRewards’ terms. The Southwest eGift card will be delivered by email and is subject to Southwest Airlines’ gift card terms. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value. If a prize becomes unavailable, the Administrator may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Southwest Airlines is not a sponsor of this giveaway.
Taxes: Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prizes.
Privacy: Information collected from winners will be used only to administer this giveaway and deliver prizes. A winner’s email address will be shared with MaxRewards only to apply the MaxRewards prize.
Platform Release: This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok, Instagram, or Meta. By entering, entrants release TikTok, Instagram, and Meta from any and all liability related to this giveaway.
General Conditions: The Administrator may disqualify entries made with fake accounts, bots, or other fraudulent methods. If the giveaway is compromised by technical problems, fraud, or causes beyond the Administrator’s control, the Administrator may modify, suspend, or cancel it. By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
Winners: Winners will be announced on @pointswithcobb on TikTok and Instagram after confirming eligibility.
